At Ethical Crystal Co, we take great care in packaging and shipping your crystals to ensure they arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please read below for details on our shipping process, timeframes, and delivery terms.

Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Dispatch Times

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We use trusted Australian carriers (e.g. Australia Post or Sendle) to deliver your order.

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. weather delays, public holidays, or carrier disruptions).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery method, and location. You’ll see the full shipping cost before finalising your order.

We are actively exploring more cost-effective postage solutions to keep shipping affordable for our customers.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions – sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey to you.

Authority to Leave

If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout, your parcel may be left unattended at your address. Ethical Crystal Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered.

Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed or you have not received it within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Reach out to us at admin@ethicalcrystalco.com.au if the issue isn’t resolved.

We are happy to assist wherever possible but are not liable for delivery delays once your parcel is with the carrier.

Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be contacted to confirm redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
